The Vatican today issued a 36-page document outlining best religious practice for Catholics on the road, claimint that "cars tend to bring out the 'primitive' side of human beings".

The document "Guidelines for the Pastoral Care of the Road" contains a number of commandments, including the fifth: "Cars shall not not be for you an expression of power and domination, and occassion [location] for sin".

The vatican encouraged people to pray whilst driving.
